Our speakers have particular and regular involvement teaching at our training weekends.

L.T. Jeyachandran is the Executive Director of RZIM Asia-Pacific and also speaks on our vitalconnections course and student week. He comes form Tamil Nadu in South India, graduated from PSG College of Technology (affiliated with University of Madras) and later received a Master of Technology degree in Structural Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology. L.T. worked in several parts of India for 28 years as a Senior Civil Engineer with the Central Government, before taking early retirement in 1993 to join RZIM in India as Director of Ministries. He then moved to Singapore, with his wife Esther, to become Director of the Asia-Pacific office of RZIM. L.T. has a wide experience of training Christian leaders and conducting open forums for people from other faiths. He has also served as a Bible teacher for RZIM and other conferences.
