EVENT REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS POLICY
This Refunds & Cancellations Policy is in addition to the Terms & Conditions of sales through this website and relates specifically to bookings for Events. Your statutory rights are not affected by our Refunds & Cancellations Policy.
Securing Booking
Full payment must be received to secure your place
Cancellations
Cancellations must be received in writing no later than 4 weeks before the start of the event.
All cancellations incur a £20 administration fee per person.
Refunds
A full refund can be made (minus the cancellation administration charge detailed above) if a written cancellation is received no later than 4 weeks before the start of the event.
A full refund will be forfeited if written cancellation is received later than 4 weeks before the start of the event
Exceptional Circumstances
Delegates will not be entitled to a refund if they cancel later than 4 weeks before the start of the event, unless there are exceptional circumstances which will need to be presented to RZIM Zacharias Trust in writing.
