Product Guarantee
Return Policy
At RZIM Zacharias Trust we want you to be completely delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you are unhappy with the goods that we sent to you, please return them in their original condition within 30 days of purchase, with a note of explanation stating why you are not satisfied. (Please note, the original product packaging must be intact.) Damaged products should be returned within two weeks of receipt of goods with a letter of explanation. In both cases, full refunds will be given for the price you paid for the item.
We will be happy to refund the delivery charge if the return is as a result of our error.
This does not affect your statutory rights.

Browse the store by category
You can click on any of the 6 product categories in the sub-menu bar above. This navigation bar is available from every page in the store. Currently the categories we have are:

Search by keyword
You can always use the Product Search box, found at the top of each page, to search for a product by keyword. You can either search through all products or make the search specific to a product type.
How to order
- Order Online:
To order on-line, you will be required to enter a credit/debit card number. We have taken all the necessary precautions to secure this transaction.
- Order by email:
Email your order to office@zactrust.org. We will send you the products along with an invoice payable by cheque.
- Order by post:
Select the Shopping Cart. Print out the form, fill in the details and send to us with a cheque made payable to The Zacharias Trust.
- Order by Telephone:
Call +44 (0)1865 203951. We will send you the products along with an invoice payable by cheque. We cannot accept credit card payments over the telephone.
Accepted Forms of Payment
We are happy to process payment using the following credit or debit cards: VISA, VISA Electron, VISA Delta, Solo, MasterCard, Maestro, Switch and American Express cards.
We can process payment in either Great Britain Pounds Sterling (GBP) or in American US Dollars (USD).
We also accept cheques as well as wire transfers.
Privacy and Security
The RZIM Zacharias Trust assures you that the identity of anyone who contacts us through this website is kept confidential. Any form that requests personal financial information, whether it is a product order through our online bookstore, an event registration, a donation, or any other on-line transaction is handled in the most secure way possible. The pages where your information is entered are kept on a secure server and only an authorised Zacharias Trust staff member can access the information for processing.
Any personal data that is collected, processed, stored or transmitted is handled with integrity and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998, our Data Protection Registration Number is Z9366865.
Please remember that personal information is often unprotected until it reaches us and we would ask that you do not submit credit/debit card details to RZIM Zacharias Trust by email as this is an unsecure method of data exchange.
Transfer of Personal Information
RZIM Zacharias Trust for a long time acknowledges that personal information collected, processed, stored or transmitted must be regulated and handled with integrity. In respect of this website we have ensured that technical and organisational measures have been put in place against accidental or unlawful destruction, alteration, disclosure or access to personal data be denied.
We do not share the information we collect about you outside of the RZIM International organisation. We employ other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf. An example of this is Protx our Payment Service Provider (PSP), Protx process our credit card payments. They have access to personal information to perform their functions but are bound by the Data Protection Act 1998 and are therefore not allowed to use the information for any other purpose except for processing payment.
Altering Your Information
To remove your information from our database in order to stop receiving communications or to no longer receive our service; or to change or alter information previously provided:
When contacting us to change your status, be sure to include any information that would help us identify you on our lists, such as complete contact information (name, postal address, telephone number, and email address), any information about venues in which you gave us your contact information online (email newsletters, online bookstore, etc.).
