Cost

The standard cost of the Summer School is £1,200 sterling per person. This price includes lodging in Oriel College, all meals, refreshments, tuition and materials.

Most delegates will be accommodated in standard single rooms within Oriel College. There are also a limited number of rooms available with a private shower, for which there is an additional charge of £100 sterling.

Oriel College does not have any rooms with double beds and, therefore, married couples have the option of either staying in a Double Set room (which is a self-contained area consisting of two single rooms, a separate study area and a private shower) or a Twin room with private shower (consisting of two separate beds in the same room). The cost for either of these options is £2,350 sterling per couple. There are also a number of twin rooms without a private shower (see table below for prices).

The price for non-residential participants is £1,000 per person or £1,900 per married couple. This price includes lunch, dinner, tuition and materials. Please note that those who wish to select this option will be required to arrange their own lodging and to pay any charges directly to the establishment (in addition to the RZIM Zacharias Trust Summer School fee). There is a limited number of each of the options shown above and, therefore, all places are allocated on a “first-come, first-served” basis.

Securing Your Reservation:
In order to secure your reservation you will be required to pay a deposit of £300 per person. You will also be required to agree to our terms & conditions and refund & cancellations policy for the event.

We regret that we are unable to offer any scholarships or bursaries for the Summer School.
